Nesting - Birth & Beyond offers full spectrum birth and postpartum doula services, as well as lactation support and education in eastern Massachusetts, southeastern New Hampshire, and southern Maine.

My approach

My goal is to provide compassionate, non-judgmental care and comfort, along with evidence-based resources, to allow each of my clients to enjoy a birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding experience
as close to their ‘ideal’ as possible.

What is Full Spectrum Care?

As a full spectrum doula, I support families through all possible pregnancy outcomes and afterward, including miscarriage, planned abortion or therapeutic termination, stillbirth or fatal diagnosis, surrogacy, and adoption. I do this work as part of my calling to support all pregnant people, regardless of their choices or outcomes. Additionally, and in keeping with my belief in fairness, tolerance, and equal access to healthcare for all, I support all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and religious backgrounds. I offer a sliding fee scale for my adoption, abortion, and perinatal loss support.

Prenatal & Birth

With the right support and information, every birthing person can experience an empowering and transformative birth.
Postpartum

The postpartum period can be equal parts joyous, exhausting, bewildering, and isolating. It’s OK to ask for help.
Lactation

Breast or chestfeeding is second nature for you and your baby. If you got off to a rough start, let’s fix it.
